What Is A Patient Portal?:

A patient portal is a web site that allows you (the patient) to interact with our staff and access your important health information.  It allows you to:

• Access lab, imaging, and other test results
• Access chart notes, clinical history & billing statements 
• Review medication and orders
• Access past & future appointment date & times 
• Enter or modify personal information 
• Pay your bill online, We accept Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 
• Communicate with clinic staff via secure messaging
• Weather and other unforeseen clinic closure information
• Changes in our practice (new services, new providers, schedule changes)

Established Patients & New Patients with Appointments

You should have recieved an email with login instructions. If you did not, or no longer have it, enter your email address and click 'forgot password' and you will recieve an email with a temporary password. if you've never provided your email address or you email has changed you will need to contact the office for assistance.

Payment Portal

We have new statements and payment portal for making payments! Our new statement is simple and easy to understand! We have added a better way to pay your Salem Gastro bills online at any time with any device and payment method. You can register, make payments, sign up for eStatements and automatic payments here: Payment Portal 

Mobile App
You can download our portal app to your device - it is called EZMobile. You will need your email address, password and our clinic code, which is 'salemgastro' in order to log in.

In support of our patients having access to their health information, aside from our Patient Portal, we have also set up the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your information in a safe and secure way. However, we are unaware of any apps that are configured to connect to our system at this time. Our website, salemgastro.com, will be updated when we become aware of any apps that you can use to access your health information.
